Join us this August for our very first official event!
We will be exploring the benefits of healing through sound and  learning how we can integrate this into our everyday lives as a regular  wellbeing practice.
The event will be led by Kelly Frost and will also be an  opportunity to meet like-minded people, share your projects and be part  of a community.
Guided meditations included and bringing awareness to your needs.Â
