My passion to help people regain themselves stems from loosing parts of me due to mental & health issues. All of which now I have over come. Because I know how lonely it can be. How hard it is to build yourself back up from nothing. I am here to help anyone that has lost themselves to anger, sadness, grief and the feeling of  being 'lost' .
